Return Policy
Abcvacuum.com has a full 30-day money back guarantee. If within 30 days you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return or ship the vacuum back to us and we will be glad to exchange or refund your money. There is a nominal $15.00 restocking fee on each vacuum. Simply notify us that you are returning the item and you will receive special instructions. The machine itself must be in an acceptable condition before the exchange or refund is approved. Credits are issued within five days after receiving the returned item. If the item is defective or damaged, there is no restocking charge and we will issue a UPS call tag to pick up the item at no additional cost.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept local checks and or money orders.

Our layaway plan requires a one-time $15.00 service charge, and a minimum down payment of $25.00 or more. You must pay at least $25.00 per month until the balance is paid. No refunds are given on layaways.
